• Fed a strict and controlled diet of a mixture of grass and grain finished.
• Consistent quality in every cut
• Raised in large farms that are monitored 24/7 to ensure that the cattle is growing healthy and strong
• Our meat is not packed with nitrogen and carbon dioxide and other preservatives like what you would find in a big chain store (ex. Walmart, Kroger, etc.)
• Grass-fed beef is usually a dark color while grain-fed leads to a brighter red color
• No steroids or hormones in any of the meat
• Inspected and regulated by strict U.S.D.A standards
• Grass-fed does not mean out in a pasture
• Organic means cows aren’t touched; they are fed organic food. If they are sick, they aren’t treated—they let them die. Meat looks different.
