Refund policy

Because every order is portioned, cut, and packed to order, all sales are subject to a 20% restocking fee in the event of a cancellation or refund.

Upon approval of a refund, 80% of the total amount paid will be returned to your original payment method, and 20% will be retained to cover preparation, handling, and product loss.

This fee applies to all orders regardless of cancellation timing.
